Singapore Sun Festival: Free Yoga Sessions @ Esplanade Park

Retreat to the lush outdoor environment of the Esplanade Park and join the instructors from Pure Yoga as they guide you through 60 to 75-minute yoga sessions daily during the Singapore Sun Festival.

Monday, 20 October: Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga helps to soothe the nervous system and calm and focus the mind. It is great for remedying jet lag, injuries and the onset of cold or flu.

Tuesday, 21 October: Pranayama and Meditation
This group meditation class is offered to students of all practice levels who are interested in more fully integrating their yogic transformation. Conscious relaxation through breath awareness is the goal.

Wednesday, 22 October: Hatha Yoga
This class teaches the traditional approach to yoga asanas (postures) and breathing techniques. It also focuses on alignment, sun salutations and deep stretching.

Thursday, 23 October: Power Yoga
This lesson is ideal for beginners who want to try a more challenging practice. This class includes a powerful sequence of postures that is energising, fun and dynamic. Yoga experience and knowledge of basic postures are recommended.

Friday, 24 October: Yin & Yang Yoga
This class blends the elements of yin yoga with those of vinyasa flow. It will include some slow deep hip opening stretches and move into a movement practice of connecting postures through breath.
