The internet is a great resource for free activities to entertain the kids at home. Here are some of my favourites:
- DLTK's Craft for Kids: features a variety of fun, printable children's crafts, coloring pages and more including projects for holidays, educational themes and some of our children's favorite cartoon characters.
- Kidscraftweekly: simple art and craft ideas using everyday's stuff.
- Starfall: is a great and free resource to teach your kids to read.
- Printable Homeschool: free curriculum and lesson plans for those who are interested in homeschooling, and free activity ideas for the kids.
- Brightly Beaming Resources: some activity ideas for babies and toddlers.
